Introduction of laboratory
Background
"The Water Environment Technology Research Laboratory (WET Laboratory) was established in August 2016. WET Laboratory uses environmental physics, chemistry and biotechnology to solve water pollution problems affecting the safety of drinking water for the general public, and focuses on the research and development of high-efficiency water purification technologies (including oxidative coagulation and dosing technology, thin film filtration and separation technology, and electrochemical adsorption and oxidation technology). It also explores water resources management issues, develops intelligent water management technologies, assists the government in formulating water quality management policies, improves people's livelihood and industrial water use, and provides counseling to industries to enhance their water management efficiency.
